Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, and Olivia Rodrigo are among the stellar lineup of performers set to grace the stage at the 2024 Grammys. This announcement marks the first wave of performers, with more acts to be revealed in the coming weeks. The 66th annual ceremony, hosted once again by Trevor Noah, will return to L.A.’s Crypto.com Arena.

Eilish, a six-time Grammy nominee, is in the running for awards such as Record of the Year and Song of the Year for her hit from the Barbie soundtrack, “What Was I Made For?” Dua Lipa, with two nominations, is recognized for her contributions to the Barbie motion picture soundtrack with “Dance The Night,” nominated in the Song of the Year and Best Song Written for Visual Media categories.

Olivia Rodrigo, a fellow Grammy winner and nominee in 2024, boasts six nominations, including Album of the Year for GUTS, and Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “vampire.”

Album of the Year nominees include SZA’s SOS, Swift’s Midnights, Miley Cyrus’s Endless Summer Vacation, boygenius’ The Record, Lana Del Rey’s Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, Janelle Monáe’s The Age of Pleasure, and Jon Batiste’s World Music Radio.

According to report The Economic Times Greta Gerwig’s “Barbie” secured multiple nominations, including Best Compilation Soundtrack. Apart from Eilish and Dua Lipa, nominated songs from the album, produced by Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt, include Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice’s “Barbie World” and Ryan Gosling’s “I’m Just Ken,” the latter of which recently won Best Song at the 2024 Critics Choice Awards.

Taylor Swift has the potential to make history, aiming to become the first performer to win Album of the Year four times, having previously won with Fearless, 1989, and Folklore. Swift’s nominations span categories like Best Pop Vocal Album for Midnights, Best Pop Solo Performance for “Anti-Hero,” and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Karma” with Best New Artist nominee Ice Spice.

Sean “Diddy” Combs, nominated for his latest album, will not be attending the ceremony amid sexual assault allegations, which he has denied.As the February ceremony approaches, SZA leads with nine total nominations for 2024, followed by six each for Swift, Rodrigo, Eilish, Cyrus, and boygenius.

The Grammy Awards will be telecast live from L.A. on Feb. 4, between 8:00-11:30 p.m. ET/5:00-8:30 p.m. PT on the CBS Television Network and will also be available for streaming live and on-demand on Paramount+.
